Returns & Cancellations

We want you to be completely happy with your order. Here's everything you need to know about returning an item.

Your Right to Cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving any reason.

  • Contact us by email at support@abodehomeandgifts.co.uk to notify us of your cancellation
  • Goods must be returned within 14 days of notifying us
  • Items must be unused, in original condition and original packaging
  • You are responsible for the cost of return postage
  • Goods remain your responsibility until they reach our warehouse — please package securely

Faulty or Damaged Goods

If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us within 30 days of receipt.

  • Email support@abodehomeandgifts.co.uk or use our Contact Form
  • Please include photos of the damage to help us resolve it quickly
  • Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you are entitled to a full refund, repair, or replacement
  • Return postage for faulty items is covered by us

Once we receive your returned item and confirm its condition, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days back to your original payment method. For full details see our Terms & Conditions.
